Tailscale distrobox install is not detected on Fedora Silverblue by this extension.

Hi,

I was really excited when I came across this extension, but unfortunately I'm unable to get it to function.

I use Fedora Silverblue and rather than layering tailscale via rpm-ostree, I instead installed via distrobox which is generally recommended on atomic fedora.

That being said, this method of tailscale install appears to not be detected by this extension.

Any solutions? If not, can you please add this capability for users like myself? I'd be happy to provide any helpful information, such as my exact install instructions.
