Describe the bug
Foundations not transported effectively due to large stack size

To Reproduce
Order multiple stacks of foundations 5-10 5000-10000 units

Observed behavior
Items requested are ordered in serial one logi vessel load at a time with the next load not shipping until the first is received by the buffer resulting in excessive wait times for bulk orders.

Expected behavior
all requested items shipped to buffer in one bulk order using multiple logi vessels and warpers

I have tested, and confirmed this is issue can be reproduced on my system.

Personally, with a stack being 1000, and normally having 3 stacks in my inventory, I do not have any issue with it only ordering 6000 (the size of an interstellar Logistics Vessel) at any time. I have not needed more than that at any point, other than to test.

Workaround I could see, if you are needing that many, is to have an Interstellar Logistics Station on that planet, so that there is no interstellar travel time.
