GenesisBook is a content mod and does not include the first two proliferator items, only the third, which has the same effects as vanilla blue proliferators. This causes bottleneck to crash when loading the production stats window. If I change GetMaxIncIndex() to just return 0 every time, it no longer crashes, but obviously doesn't include proliferated stats.
