Audit lifecycle cleanup in status layers

- Surfaced during PR #86: fix `calendar_status_layer` lifecycle gaps (`connection_service_unsubscribe`, `text_layer_destroy(s_calendar_month_layer)`).
- Do a quick audit of `src/c/layers` for any other missing subscribe/unsubscribe or create/destroy/free pairs.
