Add support for 2FA

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
PodPoint have added 2FA to their authentication system, we need to add support for this as not having it is preventing some users from using the package

Add the ability to handle a 2FA flow within the package

Describe alternatives you've considered
It currently works if then user does not enable 2FA, but this is not an acceptable long term solution
