setup variables for the mustache template?

Hello @mattgraham , thanks for this awesome template.

I'm wondering where i can edit the value for the variables being used on the mustache template?

I can see you using {{ repository_url }} and other variables, but i failed to find those words in any other file inside of this repository.

Where can i edit / add / remove variables for the template?

I asume that template will be automatically built every time i push it to github?
