Attaching a message to a Jira issue adds unneccessary formatting

I attached a post with a markdown heading in it to a Jira ticket using the Jira plugin action from the message actions menu, and it's adding weirdly nested list formatting to the title.

### Quote replies

Have we ever considered adding a second "reply" button that's basically a "quote reply" similar to how Teams does it which would then copy the full or part of the message to reply to and automatically add it as a quote to the reply box. 

I think this could be fairly useful especially because we only support one "depth" of replies right now with our threaded system.
