Test-App Subscribe commands error when trying to add a bot to the channel

The behavior is not consistent. It seems multiple things are going wrong here.

Sometime I cant add the bot

Sometime I can add the bot but then see a token issue

If the bot is in the channel as expected - I see an error that I'm just using the command wrong. As though I cannot subcribe because it must be done by the bot

I also see this happening with timers
