Excellent! That's a personal opinion of mine that we should spend more time on puppeting on free/federated networks in this fork. I've sent them an email to propose to port their code to golang and integrate into matterbridge.

What would be the plan you propose if forking these, @poVoq? Except for IRC i personally have zero experience with minetest/gold… does that mean you'd like to maintain them?

We could try to motivate the authors to join the org.

Having working related projects under the same orgsnisational umbrella can help pooling resources I think.

I am personally also more interested in the open networks, but realisticly speaking the most common usecase of Matterbridge is probably to bridge from a proprietary network to an open one.
