I went to that location on my pc and found the manifest helper but vs can not. I tried editing the output directory to be on the Juce folder directly but that didn't seem to work.

@FabianDim, I had a similar error, and needed to adjust the paths for each of the JUCE modules within the Projucer Modules tab. Hope that helps!
