Create linux script to install, keep running as service and add cron job

Currently,
when the project setups for the first time, we need to:

• Setup Python environment
• Run the file: https://github.com/mathrithms/Finshots-Bot/blob/master/database_setup.py, this file ideally should be run once only as it deletes DB.

After setups, we need to:

• Setup cron job for the script: https://github.com/mathrithms/Finshots-Bot/blob/master/database_updater.py
• Use some solution to keep running bot script (https://github.com/mathrithms/Finshots-Bot/blob/master/bot.py) using probably supervisor.

This issue proposes to automate this whole workflow (probably for a Ubuntu Server) and keep running this script as Linux service instead of adding supervisor (https://www.shubhamdipt.com/blog/how-to-create-a-systemd-service-in-linux/)
