Opening of inter-document links broken in latest version #40
Description
Following links from one PDF doc into another that was introduced here no longer works in version 0.1.11 of this extension - instead of opening the linked doc in new tab in vscode, it tries to open it in system browser outside vscode which always fails since the URI uses the internal vscode resource e.g. https://file+.vscode-resource.vscode-cdn.net/home/hala/Downloads/docB.pdf
