Finish Artifacts #19
Description
Artifacts are rare boss drops that give players permanent bonuses. The system implementing them needs to be finished. I believe collecting artifacts is completed, though a better interaction option should be considered. I'm unsure whether they give stats, or the GUI to view them currently work.
