Initial line break before header value is removed #2
Description
If the message has a "References:" header with a long value without whitespaces, some MTAs will insert a continuation line break before the value, as in "References:\n some-long-value-that-cannot-be-broken".
This line break is removed by emailtunnel in Python 2, and it shouldn't be!
