Menta, and BlueMenta: White arrows in Compact Menu's 2nd submenu

Expected behaviour

Black arrows.

Actual behaviour

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

• Click on "Add To Panel..."
• Choose "Compact Menu"
• Click on the "Compact Menu" and navigate to: System -> Preferences
