The Report system creates a big problem where the Admin needs to always be present in order to make the community happy incase of a fake win report
Describe the solution you'd like
the bot creates two teams, do so that one from each team needs to report a win or loss in order to close the game - that would solve both someone just q up and then just report a win direcly which in that case closes and removes the voice rooms (maybe even before the game is over) and if both vote for win then great, but if there is a dispyte the admins can step in - in that case the community can run these games by them self without being forced to have an admin present!

Additional context
It would be awesome if you could custom write a text in the config for private messages, for example when playing CS 1.6 we don't need a Room name and room password when its really just a IP and password for the server! :) This one is just bonus without having to start another report
