Make the path planner that is used to generate the initial path dynamic in FPPControllerMaster

Create interface that all planners must use that want to provide an initial path

For now store the SplinedRelaxedAStar directly and write properties directly.
Later create SplinedRelaxedAStar object, fill properties in readParams() and then write object onto interface that is stored in class
