Grid lines

Percussive notes should be added for gridlines.

Questions:

• The assumption is that gridlines are mainly useful for indicating the passage of time—i.e. X-axis lines only would be rendered.
• The underlying chart library may not provide an API for us to ask where the gridlines are, and what type they are (major/minor).
