Create a Debian (Ubuntu) package for Master Core #131
Description
It would be really helpful if there were a Debian package for Master Core. (Obviously there are users who want to see packages for the other distros, but as we have been focusing on Ubuntu, I think it makes sense to prioritize a Debian package initially)
There is an upstream Debian package, but it has not been updated to include init scripts (using Upstart under current versions of Ubuntu) and the documentation about where the code lives and how it is updated and released needs improvement (in my opinion)
I've created an issue upstream bitcoin #4935 and will try to work with the upstream developers to update and improve documentation.
I will also be maintaining a branch and a pull request for Master Core. Perhaps this work doesn't belong in this repository. Personally, it seems it does belong in this repo and that is the precedent that has been set upstream. However we could create a new repo, maybe 'mastercore-devops" or some such to house this work. I'm open to suggestions.
I previously created PR #129, which was closed. I'll be opening a new PR on the mscore-0.0.8 branch shortly.
