Description
Feature Request: Dropdowns on Info-Details Pages
Add the option to use collapsible dropdowns under H2 headings on info-details pages (similar in style to org page dropdowns).
Why:
Long pages with lots of important content can overwhelm users.
Dropdowns would let authors chunk content under H2s, making it easier for users to scan and focus on what they need without scrolling through the whole page.
Example:
H2: Technical Issues & Troubleshooting
Dropdown: Recommended Web Browsers
Dropdown: How to Clear Your Cache
H2: Applying for Coverage
Dropdown: Application Timeframe
Dropdown: Household Relationship Info
Notes:
“Expand all” is not essential.
Goal is to improve scannability and navigation, not to change content structure.

H2s sort into categories, dropdowns keep related information under the relevant H2s, further refining how we design content journeys.
Dropdowns would help us avoid link dumps or unnecessary scrolling through long FAQs.
The addition of drop downs would make it a lot easier on the eyes of the end-user and help content authors with layout functionality.
