User Story.
As a community admin
I want to get a list of actions and users who have taken them
So that we can use this for our coaching program
Additional details/context
This is a simple admin portal fix to make use of the API download for this information (API #1206).
Acceptance criteria.
The new option "Actions + Users" should show up on the community profile page
When selected, the admin should receive the csv file by email
