When highlighting a block, or an element with children tokens, outline the token instead of highlighting

Expected Behavior

When highlighting a child of a block token, the outline of that highlight should still be present

Current Behavior

The highlighting is a fixed height and width, and whatever the lowest element on the tree is, is the only visible highlight
