Automate Running of API Tests

Expected Behavior

API tests should be run as a gateway check for branches being merged to this repository (perhaps others too?).

Current Behavior

These tests must currently be run manually, and it is the developers choice whether or not to run them.

Possible Solution

Probably create a lambda that will run the tests on a feature branch API.

@thebho is correct. We need an account that can be manipulated via the API but cannot be compromised.
