Is nanobench being actively maintained?

I noticed there hasn’t been much recent activity in this repository, and some open issues/PRs haven’t received responses from the author for a while. Could you please clarify whether nanobench is still being actively maintained?

I’m asking because I think the project is really valuable and want to understand its current status as I'd like to integrate it into a large project I'm working on.

Hi, currently I have very limited time unfortunately due to health issues. I hope this to get better in about December, but I can't promise anything. I also couldn't give my other projects on GitHub and contributions the time that they deserve. Currently I have to say the future of my projects is uncertain, but if all goes well I will slowly go through everything and get them back on track.
