Fails to compile

Hi, thanks for creating this, I have yet to get any of the examples included with Juniper to work unfortunately :(

When I tried to cargo run this project I got the following error:

It looks like one of the dependencies is failing to compile.

I refreshed Cargo.lock and was able to compile this with rustc 1.41.0-nightly (0f0c640e0 2019-11-17)

@quinn Do you mind pulling the latest changes and see if you still have this error?

Thanks for hint on using nightly, I had exact url error message but not for this rust code. Switching from stable to nightly was able to compile url crate.

@martimatix thanks, deleting Cargo.lock helped me get unblocked on a Heroku Rust example using Iron.
