Raycast instructions need to be updated/further described (not for me, but for others I know)

Some steps in the setup of recast are not working correctly on newer macOS versions.
Like the emoji picker shortcut already being used by macOS and seemingly being unchangeable or some setting names having changed during the course of the year.

Please look at the readme and change it (I might add the needed changes in a pull request when I find time to do so. No hopes for that...)
