Make connection between parts: parsing script and google sheet script

For codes from issues #2 and #3 make connection - code from issue #2 must call reallisation of the code from issue #3 (class GoogleSheet).
GoogleSheet class should return values for 'get' request:

• groups
• start positions of date
• arrays of FIO
• arrays of atendance

Parse code for 'post' request should send:

• groups
• start positions of date
• result arrays of atendance

GoogleSheet class for 'post' request should return status of compilation
