Consider adding docker to automated api testing #10
@patrickmcelwee prepared some nice changes to blend docker scripts for isolation here: b8bee1c. It breaks with the idea of running against multiple middle-tiers adhoc, but gives strong isolation between tests or test suites.
Review and discuss how we can get the best out of this.
