[enhancement] Export String Fields

Hi,
I have being using custom string fields to be used as variables into the address field.
KeePass sadly allows only export of custom string fields in html format (and xml)
I guess multiple keepass user might use this plugin if this feature was implemented.

Does someone have an idea?

I tried to modify the source code with name of my custome string. Howewer, I have the problem that in public static class PwDefs in KeePassLib doesn't exist the Field, that make sense, I don't know how to add the name of my String :(.

I could do it modifying the plugin, you need to add your custom strings and then you could export the data easily.

I made 3 changes, I hope someone find this information useful! In my case my string fields are IP and Hostname
