Nonzero mean function

Hi,

I really like to the level of control provided to the user with this package. I am wondering if there is an option anywhere for nonzero mean functions? Eventually, I would like to optimize mean function hyperparameters as well, but I don't quite know how to go about doing this. Thanks!

I have not yet implemented nonzero mean functions — it is on my to-do list, but I have not yet had time to implement it. I will notify you when that is done.

I have now implemented support for nonzero mean functions. You must wrap your function in a MeanFunction object so it can tell the optimizer/MCMC sampler about the free hyperparameters.

I have not had time to implement tests or refine the documentation yet, so please let me know if you encounter any issues.

I will now take a look at your other PR to merge in those useful changes to how the data are loaded.
