Sample functions from prior

Hello,

Thanks for this great toolbox.

I was wondering if you have a recommended way to sample target values purely from the prior on the hyperparameters, i.e. before the GP sees any data. Since the function 'predict' requires data pairs to be added to the GP beforehand, it is not possible to use it directly.
