Make the Virtual Device a separate program or possibly use a browser

The current Virtual Device window does have some nominal impact on X-Plane performance primarily because it needs to be rendered as part of the X-Plane flightloop. It might make sense to have this be a separate executable or possibly even run using Java script from a browser.
