Hello, I'm getting the following error and I don´t know what is the root cause. How can I debug it?

Error: failed to create agent: failed to create agent: failed to load MCP tools: all MCP servers failed to load: server mcp-server: failed to initialize MCP client: initialization timeout or failed: transport error: failed to write request: write |1: broken pipe

I have the same problem and this is my config :

and i run it like that
$ mcphost --model ollama:llama3.2
