Screen flickering

I am using MCPHost 0.26.1 under Win11 in combination with Ollama. LLM is qwen3.0:8b. GPU is 5080, latest drivers. When the LLM is providing a lot of output, scrolling produces screen flickering as soon as the last line at the bottom was reached, see video. MCPHost was compiled using Go for Windows v1.24.5 windows/amd64.

This looks like a windows terminal issue. Windows does a lot of weird things with WSL, it's not as polished as it could be. Try another terminal like Kitty and see if it persists

screen flickers on any platform (arch linux, termux) with or without tmux. The terminal text buffer gets a lot of duplicated lines when the assistant response is longer in lines than the height of the terminal, so I suspect there is a bug in the streaming function. It needs investigation, not dismissal. It definitely breaks the user experience.

I get this too from time to time. Happy to accept a PR from anyone more experienced with this sort of thing.
