It would be ideal if Radius_StartNr_1_EndNr_1440.csv and Result_StartNr_1_EndNr_1440.csv contained the weighted averages of the Gaussian and Lorentzian fits for the radial (SigmaR) and azimuthal (SigmaEta) spot widths, instead of just the maximum that is reported right now. It is unclear how this data can be currently extracted for spots that span multiple frames in omega, since these are "aggregated" when moving from the *_PS.csv files in the Temp folder to Radius_StartNr_1_EndNr_1440.csv. Is this something we can implement please? It looks like maybe just a change to CalcRadiusAllZarr.c?
Furthermore, in the individual *_PS.csv files in the Temp folder, the values in the SigmaEta (and SigmaR) column are just the maximum between SigmaGEta and SigmaLEta. Since this file provides Mu (the ratio between the two fits), the values in the SigmaEta column might as well just be the actual computed width (weight averaged) using SigmaGEta, SigmaLEta, and Mu. And the user can just grab the maximum of the first two values if needed. What do you think?
