Conflict with bootstrap DataTable

shinyExt package with bootstrap DataTable but there seems to be a conflict b/w the two - integrated together, neither works (likely to js conflict)

Hi - I was able to combine it using your package as a starting point: https://github.com/killeveritt/shinyExt
The example in the package shows off all the functionality - however it only works in Chrome (across Windows/Linux) but not in Firefox or IE
