Some html reports are empty after running

After several times of metAMOS installation trial, now I have two installations of metAMOS in the same computer (CentOS 6.x) at different accounts. Not all of them work equally, probably due to different environment (python, gcc, etc.).

One installation seems to work perfectly, but the other shows empty graphical reports for Assemble, MapReads, FindORFS, Scaffold, and FindScaffoldORFS in the summary.html file. Their corresponding html files do not have graphical data to plot, but the final result looks fine. Where should I check in my metAMOS installation?

The likeliest issue is a missing matplot or failed matplotlib installation. Try making sure matplotlib is available on all your various installations. Check for any python errors in the Logs output from the runs without HTML output.
