Decoy Sequences

Hi, thanks for all your hard work, sorry if this information is somewhere I missed.

Does the assembly to be used for re-sequencing analysis have any decoy sequences like Epstein Barr or common bacterial sequences in it?

Hello @DrinnanSante,

The analysis set or links in this repo to the assembly does not contain any decoy sequences.
The assembly contains mitochondrial genome (chrM or MT), which came from CHM13 by default.
The analysis set has a version with the rCRS instead.
