Improvements #3
Description
- Upgrade to php 7.1
- Remove includes from bootstrap and use a script to autoload them. A simple
forover the config folder would to the job (with http://php.net/manual/en/class.directoryiterator.php) - use docker-compose and create three different containers (one for php, once for web server and one for database)
- Create a friendly wiki with all the possibilities of this api skeleton
