Incorrect parsing in some cases

Hello,

There is a bug, when i try to get details for that RSS Feed it seems that 'rss2js' converting it incorrectly, probably some Unicode issues, because for example the Title and Description values are not the same.

Hey @westor7 good find - it seems best to add an extra query parameter like &charset= to allow the requester to set the encoding type for the response. What do you think about adding this to the app.js file?

var charset = req.query.charset || 'utf-8';
res.set('content-type', `application/json;charset=${charset}`);

This would default to utf-8 unless otherwise specified. For your example URL above, which appears to be greek, the request would look like:

http://localhost:5000/?url=http://feeds.bbc.co.uk/greek/domesticnews/index.xml&charset=ISO-8859-7

Bummer - I'm not too familiar with the proper way to do this! If you have ideas, feel free to submit a PR and I'll gladly accept. Otherwise this will take more time to diagnose, which my availability is pretty limited right now.
