Incorrect Global Attribute On US Challenge

This challenge is classified as global even though it spans less than 180 horizontally and less than 90 vertically.

It's because there are tasks on the right of the map:

@ComradeRamen I have manually set is_global to false for this challenge; sorry for the inconvenience.

@CollinBeczak There seems to be a bug in the bounding box logic that determines whether is_global should be set. The correct spherical bounding box for these tasks stretches from about 144° E on its left edge to about 64° W on its right edge, crossing the antimeridian. That bounding box has a horizontal extent of about 152°.

I missed the ones in Guam because I tried to pan left.
Still below 180. Just needs more complex calculations to account for anti-meridian.
