Feature Request - Add the ETL steps to create views shown in demo

Great repo! Loved the video (https://youtu.be/wIWp8lnj7UE); however, at the 5:25 mark of the linked video, you said you made some views. Could you are your data scientist upload to the repo the .sql steps s/he used to create said views? Thanks! Andy

Hi Andy,
Appreciate the feedback... I should have uploaded the views originally and
just added them to the repo a few minutes ago. In short there are 2 views
you need to create in Drill Explorer, called live_view and cust_view, and
these are in the associated sql files (live_view.sql and cust_view.sql).
