Login error [code-push cli not installed]

When i login without code-push i get error: "something went wrong during login with access key".
I think we should check code-push cli first.

@manuelkch code-push is now part of the appcenter so rolling out updates to the code-push is documented here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/appcenter/distribution/codepush/cli
This plug needs to be updated to work with appcenter codepush
