Makefile not up to date

Hi,

Was trying to build it using make file directly but it seems that it's not up to date. Tried to fix it but i only got so far with basic knowledge that i have. Not sure if you want to maintain the Makefile support or not as for the looks of it is probably not being used much.

Couple things i did:

• Remove references left from last gslang update (SPVRemapper.cpp still referenced)
• Local user specific home folder from includes (doesn't seem to really matter since as far as i can tell the same dependencies are in the repo now - vulkan_headers)

Got stuck at,
src/glsl_support.cpp:47:10: fatal error: internals.h: No such file or directory

#34 is now merged but some confusion over the build instructions in the readme was mentioned. Probably worth reviewing before we close this out.
