Kpz101 loading issue

Hi,
I was trying to use the kpz101. And I encounter this error message. Could you please help me out? thank you very much.
“Opening piezo driver failed with error code 2”

Follow up with my previous question, it seems like it did not sucessefully open the piezo stage at here:
"i = self.piezo.PCC_Open(self.serialNo) # returns 0 if it works"
But it can be found and used in Thorlab's Kinesis sofware.
