No License

Hi Becca and all,

I was showing my student this code and talking about potentially using it, and she wanted to know if we have permission. There is no license. Is permission granted to use and fork and modify this code?

Never mind, I found the license at the top of the .py files.

Thanks, @vivarose. Reopening because it seems we need to update the headers to reflect the fact that the files are no longer a part of Holopy, and we need to add a license file. In any case, you should feel free to fork and modify under the conditions of the GPL v3. Note that the format files are not covered by the license.
