It'd be nice to have a web version of htmlnano. So people can minify HTML without installing htmlnano.

We probably don't have to run the backend for that (due to security concerns, maintenance, costs, etc). So the modification should happen in the browser. I guess we can use WebAssembly for that?

htmlnano doesn't rely on Node.js anyway (it only takes a string and transforms string). So it should be very easy to implement a playground.

Right. htmlnano relies on other dependencies, which might not be optimized for the browser use, though.

But yes, I agree that we should start with trying to just run it in the browser and see what happens.

We can just lazyload those deps to prevent them from running in the browser. Currently, it seems that we only need to deal with cosmiconfig.
