Settings: Default to General tab instead of Repair/Remove

# Problem

Settings defaults to "Repair/Remove" tab instead of typical "General" tab, which is inconsistent with macOS app conventions.

## Impact

Minor UX inconsistency - users expect General tab first.

## Fix

Change default selected tab to General.
