Unwanted OSD

On the OSD settings page of 3RVX, I do not have "Eject" selected. But everytime a device is ejected, I get the OSD eject notification.

Am I not understanding the meaning of the OSD settings?

Same when having "Volume" unselected. The OSD is shown anyway.
