When selecting wrong HoI4 folder needs program restart to work.

When you select the folder for hoi4 and accidentally pick a wrong folder for example 'C:'
But then select the right folder and try to generate an image you get the error
CreateFile C:\interface: The system cannot find the file specified.
It will work fine after restarting the program
